Nestling in the heart of the Meije Region at Villar d’Arène, Le Faranchin’s restaurant and its chef David Amieux offer a flavoursome and sophisticated culinary experience.
While the menu contains the two or three not-to-be-missed mountain specialities and local produce, our chef also concocts dishes with subtle flavours and aromas, such as St Pierre fillet with a creamy coconut sauce, sweet potato purée, roast leg of suckling pig with rhubarb sauce, and delicious desserts.
This understated venue is getting known through word of mouth, making for delighted diners.
